COVID 19 Information effective Tuesday 5th January 2021
Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Monday 4th January 2021, together with the rest of the UK, Gloucestershire will be in National Lockdown Covid Restrictions.
Only a very limited number of activities can take place in the halls. We can only accept bookings for these activities which are specified as exempt:
Childcare services and 'supervised activities for those children eligible to attend'
The wording is similar to the Tier 4 regulations, but there is no clarification for the wording 'eligible to attend'. If you wish to continue you will need to satisfy yourselves, us (Highnam Community Centre Trustees), and the parents of your attendees that they are 'eligible to attend'.
Formal support Groups with a limit of 15 people
To date, although future review date of the end of February 2021 has been indicated, dates have generally not been adhered to. We can only say here that, as and when Tier levels are reviewed we will update our restrictions with the information released by the Government.
Should our Tier Level change to a lower rating which allows other activities to take place, or indeed to a Higher Level which restricts activities further, we will post this on this Website.
WE WOULD LIKE TO REMIND YOU THAT SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR ACTIVITY YOU MUST CONTINUE TO COMPLY WITH OUR SPECIAL COVID 19 TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ENSURE OUR HALLS REMAIN 'COVID SECURE'. ALTHOUGH YOU MAY HAVE ALREADY SIGNED UP TO THESE YOU CAN REFRESH YOUR MEMORY BY VIEWING HERE
