Terms of Trade
The Trust is a registered CHARITY & would therefore appreciate prompt payment of your account.
CANCELLATIONS: 7 days notice via E mail (or in writing / post) is required to cancel any booking. Unfortunately, if a minimum of 7 days notice is not given, then the full charge for the hire will apply.
Please note that the facilities are run by volunteers only, therefore please tidy kitchen & main hall areas, & stack chairs & tables away after use. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
All halls are licensed by Tewkesbury Borough Council for music, entertainment and the sale of alcohol. The license is displayed in all halls. If you intend to have alcohol on sale at your function you must pay the Trust £20 for the use of our license and sign a 'Code of Practice' statement - a copy can be viewed here.
